Drawing on self instead of cutting...

It worked for this young woman...and if one has difficulty imagining what to draw, there are terrific Henna books/online illustrations that provide easy-to-copy photos. Another possibility: writing poetry on various body parts--in water-color inks in the event the words do not resonate the next day. I share this idea with the hope that it may help at least one other person...
